The Office of the City Secretary is custodian of all City records, City Ordinances and maintains permanent files of City business. This includes contracts, deeds, minutes
of all City Council meetings, ordinances, and other official City documents.
Public information and public requests are handled through the City Secretary’s office. To be placed on the City Council Agenda, make your request
through a City Alderman or you may fill out a request form, immediately prior to the meeting, to address Council during the Public Comments section of the meeting.
